This 1936 Auburn 852 S/C has been Certified Category One by the Auburn Cord Duesenberg Club, which verifies it status as an original, authentic Speedster. While in UK ownership, it was honored with a Best in Class Award at the 2009 Concorso d’Elegance Villa d’Este.

After purchasing the car in 2014 the present owner commissioned a complete strip to bare metal and repaint, ensuring that the car meets the highest standards.  At the Concours d’Elegance of the Americas in July 2015 it received a class award and the Debut Award for the best car being shown for the first time.
