Mercedes Benz gave this 1934 Mercedes Benz 500K to its Grand Prix team driver Manfred Vonn Brauchitsch as his personal car. Pressing the throttle fully engaged the Roots supercharger, inducing the Five Litre straight-eight engine to produce up to 160 hp and making the car capable of over 100 mph.

There were only 33 of this variant produced in 1934.
